Hello again Marko,
Thank you so much for the information you have provided. As someone I know has also mentioned that it sounds like the internal battery has gone, I am going to take it as that. I really appreciate that you took the time to read my request and view my video, I hope I'll be able to post you a video update of my Six-Trak in full working condition once I have got it back to normal.
Thanks again Marko and keep up the good work with your excellent video demonstrations of your collection of lovely synths

you are one of my "go-to" guys when it comes to what vintage synths sound like. I particularay like that you keep it simple, and use the old fashioned ways of triggering from drum machines and step-sequencers.
Thanks!

Hey, I absolutely love your videos. You're right, history really was made with those vintage synths.
Do you have any music for download or purchase? Do you do any production?
All of the stuff I do is digital, and you can TOTALLY tell the difference between the good old analog synths and the more modern (crappy) synths. I wish I had enough money to buy all those old ones! Hahaha.

Hi RetroSound,
I don't know much about about old synths, but I have a Juno 60 that I share with my dad. It was in storage for a couple of years while I was overseas and when I came back it had a weird quirk. When playing, every 6th note or so will go out (while all other notes are fine). After playing a series of notes the sequence of the bad notes changes, (still every 6th note, but starting on a different note). Is there any way I can fix this?
I really want to get the old Juno up and running again. I would greatly appreciate any help,
Blessings and peace,
Topher

Hello Retro Sound,
I have a Matrix 1000 question. When I received the one I have a few years ago, I thought it was broken because some of the presets made no sound on the middle octaves. I later realized that these presets worked, but only on the lower octaves or sometimes the higher octaves. Most presets seem to work across all octaves.
I purchased new CEM chips, but it made no difference.
Is this just the way the Matrix 1000 is set up? With some presets assigned only to particular octaves on the keyboard?
I did a factory reset several times too. Any insight would be appreciated!

Dear RetroSound,
I'm making an appointment with somebody how want to sell his Jupiter 4. I'm not very experienced at synths at the moment. I want to know how i can test the Jupiter 4 for broken parts.
I want to check if the jupiter 4 that i'm going to buy is good. Can you help?
Cheers, Jeroen

Hi Leute,

Echt geil..........

Thanks for having this site in English. Someone like me who has been into synthesizers since 1975 appreciates the old analog resources. Keep working with them.
